Peak season - Beginning of May to end of October.
A deposit of one night’s stay is taken upon booking. Remaining amount will be charged to your credit card 5 days prior to arrival, or right away if booked less than 5 days before arrival date.
If you cancel 5 or more days prior to your arrival date you will be refunded your deposit. If you cancel less than 5 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.
Please note that this also applies to no shows and early departures. Reservations cancelled will be charged to the credit card on file.
Off-season - Beginning of November to the end of April
A deposit of one night’s stay is taken upon booking. Remaining amount will be charged to your credit card 24 hours prior to arrival, or right away if booked less than 24 hours before arrival date.
If you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date you will be refunded your deposit. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.
